诗141:1 大卫的诗。耶和华啊！我呼求你，求你快来帮助我；我呼求你的时候，求你留心听我的声音。（本节在《马索拉抄本》包括细字标题）1
诗141:1 <A Psalm. Of David.> Lord, I have made my cry to you; come to me quickly; give ear to my voice, when it goes up to you.
诗141:2 愿我的祷告好像香安放在你面前；愿我的手高举好像献晚祭。
诗141:2 Let my prayer be ordered before you like a sweet smell; and let the lifting up of my hands be like the evening offering.
诗141:3 耶和华啊！求你看守我的口，把守我的嘴。
诗141:3 O Lord, keep a watch over my mouth; keep the door of my lips.
诗141:4 求你不要容我的心偏向恶事，免得我和作孽的人一同行恶，也不要使我吃他们的美食。
诗141:4 Keep my heart from desiring any evil thing, or from taking part in the sins of the evil-doers with men who do wrong: and let me have no part in their good things.
诗141:5 愿义人击打我，这是出于慈爱；愿他责备我，这是膏我头的膏油，我的头不会拒绝。我仍要为恶人的恶行祷告。
诗141:5 Let the upright give me punishment; and let the god-fearing man put me in the right way; but I will not let the oil of sinners come on my head: when they do evil I will give myself to prayer.
诗141:6 他们的官长被摔在山崖下的时候，他们就要听我的话，因为我的话甘美。
诗141:6 When destruction comes to their judges by the side of the rock, they will give ear to my words, for they are sweet.
诗141:7 他们说：“我们的骨头被抛散在墓旁，好像人犁田锄地时掘起的土块。”1
诗141:7 Our bones are broken up at the mouth of the underworld, as the earth is broken by the plough.
诗141:8 主耶和华啊！我的眼睛仰望你；我投靠你，求你不要使我丧命。
诗141:8 But my eyes are turned to you, O Lord God: my hope is in you; let not my soul be given up to death.
诗141:9 求你保护我脱离恶人为我所设的网罗，和作孽的人的圈套。
诗141:9 Keep me from the net which they have put down for me, and from the designs of the workers of evil.
诗141:10 愿恶人都落在自己的网罗里，我却得以安然逃脱。
诗141:10 Let the sinners be taken in the nets which they themselves have put down, while I go free.
